Okay okay… I watched CNN's Black in America series and they did their best to inform me on what it means to be BLACK in America. Yet I must confess that ummmmmm…well…I'm… still a bit lost… as to what… it… MEANS.
When it comes to the depth of the show’s content it’s hard for me to ignore that there was so much left out in terms of what Blacks really have to experience between each other. I feel stupefied by the show because there was too much LOOKING OUT to explain what HAPPENS WITHIN US as individuals. Almost as if to be a Black person is to be like a helpless lab rat caught in a fixed maze. It’s not the rat's fault if he can't find his way out the MAZE because it’s fixed that way.... right?
But I’m not a rat.
I’m a human being!
Humph... dag nab it…. I refuse to accept the "helpless lab rat" status offered to me by CNN. I say that all we Negroes need is Morpheus to call from the hilltops of Zion for our Negro liberty. Only then will the "MATRIX" be discovered and we'll find out that white people were never really people at all but instead white machines with tentacles that we Black people created for our delight. We invented them to work for us only to be outwitted by the white machines who would soon harvest us so that they could use our body heat for energy resources. And now that we are coming so close to finding our way out, the white machines have put a monkey wrench in our pursuit to freedom. They threw in the CNN special, Erik Dyson and a few petty excuses to sell crack.
the science of Self-Hatred will never be discussed because the white machines have fixed it this way. But I am too clever for this. Ha ha ha…I refuse to be deceived by the machines... ha ha ha... because I know that to be Black is to be caught in the MATRIX. the MATRIX of self-loathing and victimization. the MATRIX of our own making.
